Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Items we have in stock are usually shipped within 1 working day. We always try to ship orders as soon as they come in, but shipping depends on when we receive your order. Delivery time can vary based on your location and shipping method.

Please Note: Public and bank holidays aren’t counted as working-days, so that might add a little extra time to your delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We ship all items on the same or next business day, Monday to Friday, via DPD or Fastway Couriers:

• Express delivery is available for €10.00 for next working day shipping.

Please Note: Although we make every effort to ensure this, unexpected issues may arise, and we cannot guarantee that every order will arrive the next day.

Delivery Issues

If a shipment is delayed or lost, please reach out within 7 working daysof the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and keep you updated.

Returns Policy

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To qualify, items must be in unused, resalable condition, with original packaging and all included accessories.

Wrong Item or Return Requests

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase. A 23% restocking fee applies to items returned after this period or if they’re not in original condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers cover return shipping costs.

Return Process

Notify us within 3 days if you intend to return an item. We recommend using registered shipping to insure against loss or damage.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is issued. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe an item is faulty, contact us before sending it back. We often find that most issues, around 99% of the time, can be traced back to simple mistakes and can usually be resolved with a quick phone call.
